as a result of receiving assistance through state incentive programs.

The Maine Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) developed a Comprehensive Economic Development Evaluation in response to direction from the Maine Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability (OPEGA) and the Maine State Legislature. This Evaluation provides further direction and guidance for the evaluation process.
